Since a firmware update a release or 2 ago some updates download then proceed to say copying. Sep 19, 2018 Manually download the Update File to a USB drive from here; Make sure the file is saved by creating a folder named "PS4". Inside that folder Most consoles will automatically download and install Destiny when a the download bar may say that is "Preparing to Download" for a while, but as long as i have been in 2 chat sessions and both have had me do every step they can think of and still my games wont download they are stuck in preparing download If you have allowed it to download in Rest Mode. You can find the option to do so in your settings.
